Bait

Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2, 2026

Bait lets you create AI edits from photos you choose to upload. This policy explains the information needed to run the app, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

We process the photos, prompts, templates, purchase status, generated results, and app identifiers needed to provide Bait. If you contact support, we process the information you choose to send us.

How We Use Information

Photos and Generated Content

Your uploaded photos and generated results are used to provide the requested feature. We may store inputs and outputs for a limited time so you can access results, troubleshoot issues, and help us prevent misuse.

AI Processing

Some edits may be processed by third-party AI infrastructure. We send only the content and metadata needed to create the edit and operate the service.

Payments and Subscriptions

Purchases, subscriptions, trials, refunds, and billing status may be handled by Apple or other payment providers. We receive purchase status and related identifiers, not your full payment card details.

Service Providers

We use third-party providers for hosting, analytics, payments, notifications, and AI processing. They process data only as needed to provide their services to us.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including providing the app, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our terms.

Your Choices

You can stop using the app, delete local app data, manage subscriptions through the App Store, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.

Children

Bait is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.

Changes

We may update this policy when the app, providers, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page.
