Use of Bait

Bait is an entertainment and creative editing tool. You are responsible for the photos, prompts, and generated content you create, save, publish, or share.

Your Content

You keep your rights to photos, prompts, and outputs you create. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and deliver your content through Bait.

Rules

• Do not use Bait to harass, defame, impersonate, exploit, or mislead people.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Do not use the service for illegal, harmful, or abusive activity.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, payment systems, or content restrictions.

AI Outputs

AI-generated results may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for a particular use. Review outputs before sharing them. We may limit, remove, or refuse content that violates these terms.

Subscriptions and Credits

Paid features, subscriptions, trials, credits, and refunds may be handled through the App Store or our payment providers. Availability, pricing, limits, and included features may change.

Account and Access

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe there is abuse, security risk, non-payment, or a violation of these terms.

Third-Party Services

Bait may rely on hosting, analytics, payments, notifications, and AI providers. Their services may be subject to their own terms and availability.

No Warranty

Bait is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect outputs, or fitness for any specific purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bait will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

Changes

We may update these terms when the app, business, or legal requirements change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
